Terms and Conditions
The jewelry items shown on this site are subject to the availability of numerous raw materials, and so are considered one-of-a-kind. The jewelry photos on this site are representative of the style of pieces that will be shipped. Due to slight variances in raw material shapes, colors and textures, the item(s) you purchase may vary from those pictured.

It typically takes 2-3 weeks to receive your jewelry assuming materials are available. You will be updated via e-mail regarding any delays in shipping your order if there are delays in receiving materials for your item(s).

If you are interested in a piece that is labeled as ‘Sold,’ please contact me via e-mail to determine if it is still possible to create another one.

If there is a problem with the piece after you have received it, please notify me by e-mail before you take any other action. We can then determine how best to carry out the return. We will not be able to accept unexpectedly returned merchandise.

• Defective pieces will be reassembled and returned at no charge.
• Repairs for any other damage sustained will incur a $20 per hour labor charge plus the cost of missing or damaged parts

Custom Orders
Custom jewelry is classified as an original piece you would like created just for you.

• E-mail me to begin our discussion about your custom Just Because design.
• Once we agree to an order,we will provide you a quote that will detail materials, estimated time to complete, appropriate lengths/sizes etc., and cost. The quote will require your approval prior to beginning any work.
• Custom orders require a 50% deposit that is non-refundable and non-transferable. Work cannot begin on these types of orders until the deposit has been received.
• After the order is finalized and the deposit has been received, it will take up to three weeks to receive your jewelry. You will be notified if we anticipate any delay in that delivery period.
• These orders cannot be returned or refunded.

International Ordering
At this time, we can only fulfill and ship orders originating from the continental U.S.

Shipping
All orders will ship via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail in bubble pack envelopes and will be insured for the full value of the items shipped.
